What are INKredible Reward Points?
Everyone likes something for nothing! Reward Points are our way of giving something back as a thank you for being a truly INKredible customer!
How do I collect Reward Points?
Providing you are logged in when placing your order, Reward Points are automatically earned as you shop as normal!
You will receive 1 point for every £1.00 you spend. Points are worth 1p which means every £100 you spend earns you 100 points worth £1.00. From time to time we may also run promotions such as Double Reward Points, Free Reward Points or points offered in conjunction with product offers or in exchange for product or service reviews.
Reward Points may also be applied to accounts under other circumstances such as a gesture of good will or when items are returned outside of an agreed warranty period.
I'm an INKredible Prime Member, What Can I Earn on Purchases?
Your INKredible Prime Membership earns you DOUBLE Reward Points on all purchases!
You will receive 2 points for every £1.00 you spend. Points are worth 1p which means every £100 you spend earns you 200 points worth £2.00. From time to time we may also run promotions such as Double Reward Points, Free Reward Points or points offered in conjunction with product offers or in exchange for product or service reviews.
Reward Points may also be applied to accounts under other circumstances such as a gesture of good will or when items are returned outside of an agreed warranty period.

How do I redeem Reward Points?
Again, you will need to be logged into your account in order to redeem any Reward Points you may have.
When it is time to place an order, simply add the required items to your basket, view your basket and select the 'Apply Reward Points' button found in the payment summary box beneath your list of items.
This will now be shown as a discount against the value of your new order.
What restrictions are there when using Reward Points?
1) As of April 1st 2024, Reward Points can now be used in their entirety against the total value of your order.
2) Reward Points expire automatically 365 days after the purchase date. We may email you to let you know when Reward Points are reaching the expiry date, but you can opt out of this email from your account centre when logged in.
3) Any FREE or 'none purchase' related Reward Points that we may offer can have shorter expiry dates attached to any terms and conditions of use. We will make this clear at the time of the offer.
Will I be alerted when I have Reward Points to spend?
Because you earn every time you order, you should always have Reward Points available to spend after that first order!
It is up to each customer to be aware of how many Reward Points they currently have and this information can be viewed from within your customer account. From time to time we may also provide a reminder on marketing and offer emails. You can also view your Reward Points record within your account centre when logged in.
Which products can I earn/redeem Reward Points against?
Every product you buy from INKredible will earn you Reward Points! OEM, Compatible, Remanufactured, Toner and Paper products are all included. Not only that, but you can also use your Reward Points against any products we sell.
Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Reward Points hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or used in any way other than those detailed above
2. 'FREE' or 'Gifted' Reward Points awarded to an account by INKredible.co.uk are not transferrable between accounts and can only be redeemed by the person named on the account. They may also have shorter expiration periods than the usual 365 days on purchases. This will be detailed at the time of any such offer being made
3. In order to earn or redeem points on online transactions, you must be logged into your account with INKredible.co.uk
4. The current redemption value of points is 1 Reward Point is equal to 1p. We reserve the right to vary the rate at any time
5. Reward Points are only earned or redeemed on online transactions and do not apply to in-store purchases
6. Any Reward Points earned on purchases will be valid for a period of 365 days. Any points that expire will be lost
7. We will let you know if any Reward Points are due to expire via email unless otherwise unsubscribed from such email
8. DGAP UK Ltd. Reserves the right to cancel, revoke or make changes to the Reward Points scheme at any time and Reward Points remain the property of DGAP UK Ltd. at all times
