DPD Next Weekday Guaranteed - £7.99 (FREE on Orders over £100)

We offer FREE DPD Next Weekday Guaranteed on all orders over £100! (*Mainland UK destinations only. NI & Outlying areas may take 2-3 days)

Please be aware, this service DOES NOT deliver on weekends and is only available until 4pm on Thursday for delivery on Friday.

You can also opt for FREE Standard Tracked or FREE Priority Tracked if you wish for the order to be sent via Royal Mail without a signature being required.

Please place your order by 3pm for guaranteed dispatch that day. We will endeavour, where possible, to dispatch orders right up until our daily DPD collection, although any orders placed after 3pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched that day.

*European Orders

As of January 1st 2021, the United Kingdom withdrew its membership from the European Union. As a consequence of this we've seen many parcels not reach their destination. Customers have also been subject to large customs import fees and we've faced substantial red tape just to send parcels to Europe. As a result, we've taken the hard decision to cease European deliveries until further notice. We will re-assess this if anything significant changes in the future and we thank our European customers for their previous custom.



Paypal Express Purchases

When opting to checkout via Paypal Express, you will be re-directed to Paypal to confirm your payment method and delivery address, before returning to our checkout page to select a delivery method and confirm your order.

Any delivery charges due from your selected delivery method will be added to your total before you confirm your order.


Amazon/Google/Apple Pay

We now offer more payment methods than ever! Quick checkout is now available through the merchants above. Delivery addresses will be provided by your chosen payment method so please check that they are up to date and accurate before confirming payment.

You may need to select your delivery method directly in the payment portal you select.


Dispatch Schedule

Standard and Priority tracked orders are processed during our working hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. We have a daily collection at 5pm.

DPD Guaranteed Next Weekday orders are processed during our working hours of 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday. We have a daily collection at 3pm.

Any orders placed after the cut-off times above will be dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). Any orders placed after the cut-off times above on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.



Other Delivery Information

Orders placed using Standard or Priority Tracked delivery methods can be delivered Monday to Saturday.

Guaranteed Next Working Day deliveries are made Monday to Friday only and a signature will be required.

The table below shows our most popular Compatible products together with the recommended maximum order quantity to fit through a letterbox.

A combination of Multipacks and Individual cartridges are also possible in some cases with examples shown below, but information should be used as a rough guide based on our standard box sizes (from time to time our box sizes may differ).

Frequently Asked Questions - Delivery



I paid for Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery... What happens if it doesn't arrive on time?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is passed over to a third party delivery company. From time to time mail does naturally get lost or delayed due to events outside of our control. We do however understand how frustrating it is when something doesn't arrive when you expect it. If your order is not received the Next Working Day after dispatch (Monday-Friday), we will refund your delivery charge.

Please be aware that if a safe place or re-direction is arranged by you with the courier and the item does not arrive on time or as expected, we will not be liable for a refund on any postage paid. Changing the terms of the agreed delivery information at checkout will exempt from any claims to a refund on postage.

Please be aware that orders placed after 3pm (or the cut-off time for that item) on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (or Tuesday in the event of a Bank holiday). Orders placed before the Friday cut-off time should be delivered on Monday (or Tuesday in the event of a Bank Holiday).



My order hasn't arrived during the 'expected' timeframe, seen at checkout?

We expect 99% of orders to reach you within the expected timeframe indicated at checkout. Inevitably there are delays from time to time that are out of our hands, but we do ask for a little patience when expecting a delivery. Royal Mail do not declare post 'lost' until 15 days after posting and we realise this is too long to expect customers to wait.

We ask that 7 working days is allowed before we investigate an undelivered order. We often find that in many instances of orders reported as undelivered, the following has occurred:

  • Concierge or Reception has taken delivery in large blocks of flats or workplace
  • Parcel has been left with a neighbour and no calling card has been left
  • Another family member has taken delivery and not informed the named recipient
  • Parcel has been taken back to the sorting office without leaving a calling card
  • Royal Mail strike action has caused a delay


Will my parcel fit through a letterbox?

This largely depends on the items ordered although we have designed our packaging to be as letterbox friendly as possible!

Our warehouse team will always attempt to pack your order to fit through a letterbox where possible and our handy 'Letterbox Friendly Post' guide above highlights the recommended maximum ordering quantity on our most popular ranges, should letterbox suitability be a consideration for you.



I've not received my order yet... but I have moved house recently?

A common issue we encounter is when a customer moves house but selects their old saved address at checkout. All addresses can be managed by the customer through their 'My Account' section when logged in.

Please ensure the correct address details are selected or entered at Checkout as we are unable to re-dispatch orders sent to the incorrect address. We recommend editing or deleting any old addresses you may have saved to avoid any future confusion

If you do make a mistake when ordering, please contact Customer Services as quickly as possible via support@inkredible.co.uk to allow us time to correct the error before dispatch. We're also more than happy to delete an old address on request so feel free to get in touch!



I've ordered but I'm going on holiday... Can you hold my order until I'm back?

Unfortunately we are unable to hold orders as they are processed through our automated system.

If it is during a period where offer prices are live and you don't want to miss out, we recommend either ordering to a friend, work or family member's address or ordering a quantity that will fit through a letterbox in your absence.

Otherwise it is probably best to place the order when you return home to avoid a trip to the local sorting office.



Can I order for 'Collect at Store'?

Unfortunately not. We can only ship to domestic and business addresses where the named recipient resides or works.

If checking out via Paypal, please ensure the correct delivery address is selected from within Paypal. We quite often find 'Collect at Store' addresses that were previously used by Paypal for other merchants are inadvertently selected when checking out with us.

Unfortunately we are not able to re-dispatch orders addressed to other stores for 'Click and Collect' or 'Collect at Store'. This will be the customers responsibility to contact the address on the order.



What's the difference between 'Standard' and 'Priority' Tracked delivery?

Priority Tracked has an expected delivery timeframe of 1-2 days after dispatch and Standard Tracked has an expected delivery timeframe of 2-4 days after dispatch. They are the equivalent service to Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class, but feature tracking. You might see RM24 or RM48 appear as the postage method on your parcel. This is just the business equivalent service to Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class as everyone knows it.

The tracked services are not 'Guaranteed' in terms of timescales for receiving your delivery, but we would expect similar timeframes to when 1st and 2nd Class post might arrive.




Ordering Tips



Keep a good stock!

It's always a good to have an idea of when you are likely to run out of ink and make sure you have re-ordered in plenty of time. Timescales listed above are only guidelines and we're quite often left in the hands of our 3rd party delivery services after items are dispatched.

We understand customers often order when they run out but we recommend keeping a good few months of stock at hand so that you are not adversely affected by any delivery delays



Weekend Orders

If you order after 5pm on Friday or during the weekend, be aware that orders will be packed on Monday and the first day possible to receive a weekend order is Tuesday at the very earliest. Our working week is Monday to Friday



Check your delivery address!

At checkout, please make sure you have selected your current correct delivery address. Many customers have several addresses saved and it is very easy at times to select an old or incorrect address by mistake.

When logged into the website, old addresses can be edited or deleted from the 'My Account' section under 'Addresses'. We recommend taking a few moments to delete any old or no longer used addresses which will make the checkout process quicker for you and eliminate the chances of a mistake being made.

We also regularly see incorrect digits used in postcodes (i.e. ! instead of 1, & instead of 7, or a o instead of 0 etc.) Addresses are not routinely checked so any addresses selected or entered at checkout will be exactly where the parcel is sent. Luckily our warehouse pickers and packers spot a large percentage of mistakes before the parcel is sent but during busy periods, some can slip through the net!



Preparing for delivery

Like us, you'll probably find yourself at work during the times you'd expect a parcel to arrive! Make sure you have set up a designated neighbour, a safe place or selected a local post office through Royal Mail for those times you are not in.

Many people now choose to get their parcels delivered to a work address or alternative family address where there will always be someone to accept non-letterbox friendly deliveries.

Alternatively, check if your product appears in the 'Letterbox Friendly' guide above to ensure your order quantity can be delivered through your letterbox should you not be in.



Think about your usage

Estimate how much ink or toner you normally get through and base your buying decision on that. We want you to take advantage of our tiered pricing as much as possible but we do recommend ordering a maximum of 9 months supply. This also ensures all cartridges purchased remain covered under the 12 month warranty.

Generally keeping 1-3 months supply is more sensible as you will benefit from any price drops and sale prices more often.
