What is the Inkredible 'Refer a Friend' Scheme?

We love that so many of our customers tell friends and family all about Inkredible and the amazing products and service we offer!

We'd like to say thanks for spreading the word, so now you can earn Reward Points when you introduce a new customer to Inkredible who then goes on to place their first order with us. They, in turn, will receive a 10% discount on that first order with us when using your unique referral code or link.

Getting Started

In your account section, you'll notice a tab entitled 'Customer Referrals'. Once you have placed your first order with us, you can activate your customer referral code here. You can see an example of how it will look below:

The easiest method of gaining new referees is by sharing the 'Copy & Paste' weblink. This will automatically apply your personal code to the new customer's basket, giving them 10% off their order total. This link is easy to share to friends, family or anyone else that might stumble across it via social media, email and whatever website you wish to display it on.

Alternatively, new customers can simply enter your unique code in the 'Discount Code' section at the basket page manually to receive their 10% discount. This is in the format 'INK- or DISC-' followed by a unique 6 character string.

Your first successful referral will earn you £1.00 which is added to your Reward Points and is available to spend on products as usual. Your referral section keeps track of how many 'new customer' orders you've referred and your reward per referral will increase each time you reach a higher referral tier!

Above, you can see that after your first successful referral, you move from 'First Timer' to 'Beginner' and your reward per referral increases to £1.25. Can you reach VIP level!?

What Else Should I Know?

The more people you give your code to, the more chance you have of benefitting from free or cheaper ink and who doesn't want that right? The main thing to remember is that your personal discount code will only work for new customers placing their first order.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Your unique 10% referral code will only work on orders placed by accounts with no previous orders.

2. There is no limit to the number of new customers you can introduce to Inkredible as part of this scheme.

3. Reward Points earned for a successful referral can be seen in the 'Reward Points' tab or from within the 'Customer Referral' tab within the 'My Account' section of the website.

4. Only one new customer account should be used per postal address when using a referral code.

5. Reward Points earned have no cash value and can be removed or cancelled at any time without notice.

6. Inkredible will determine at its sole discretion and has final say as to whether a successful referral has been made.

6. Any order cancelled by a referee will result in the deduction of any Reward Points you have earned for the transaction.
