got it sorted and delivered now
i was confused over the new name because i thought i was dealing with another company we thought i had been scammed so i cancelled order--then i re-ordered
after exchanging 9 emails with Nichola we finally sorted it out
then charming chap called Callum phoned to confirm my payment had gone through and catridges arrived safely today
