Used to be great - Now not so

I have been purchasing my ink from this company for quite a few years now but with major hikes in the pricing of the cartridges (Some as much as £6 a cartridge) I have now ordered somewhere else on the last 2 occasions and no problems with the cartridges so happy to continue as I am at the moment. If these prices come back down then I may consider returning. The company have always been very helpful and understanding of any issues I have faced with their cartridges, however their help and understanding does not balance the books when their product pricing becomes unfeasable for us as a small business. Shame
