Great service
Unfortunately my printer failed to produce any image after I fitted these. It may have had something to do with the age of either the printer or the cartridges but a guy called Callum was incredibly helpful and offered a full refund if I couldn't get them to work. So although it was not a total success I'm giving them generous marks where it matters.
