Excellent Support

I had trouble last year with these cartridges after an HP update which prevented them from working. I have now ordered and received a new set which works perfectly, and i have found that the chip also works with the previous cartridges, so i can use those up too now. The support team were very helpful and did their best to help resolve the issue.
