The cartridge I was replacing had no code number or any details on it. I sent an email asking if exchanges are OK if it was wrong. Someone replied to me by MESSENGER, had a chat & helped me out loads. The personal service was above & beyond & I will recommend you to all my friends. Total surprise & I wish more companies did it. Thankyou so much
