On 12th June I tried to purchase some remanufactured black ink cartridges from you, which were on special offer and free delivery. Every time that I tried to make payment it would not work. Having contacted my bank, they said that there was no reason for my payment being refused. I was also told the same thing by Inkredible customer services. In the end I gave up trying.
Several days later I was told by a neighbour that, on that day Mastercard's computer system had failed, and that there were thousands of people in the same position as I was! I contacted Inkredible, who said that I would be refunded the post and packing charge - than you for that. However, I had missed out on the special price offer, and you now had no remanufactured cartridges in stock. The Canon cartridges were almost double the price of the remanufactured ones, so I was not pleased.
I have used your company many times before, and have never been disappointed, and I know that the situation on that day was not your fault. I hope that you will continue to stock the remanufactured cartridges in the future.

Thank you for the 4* review and for the detailed experience you had with INKredible and the checkout process. We've not stocked remanufactured cartridges for this range for a long time (over 6/7 months) - so we're a little baffled on where this was advertised - sorry for this, if it was a mistake on our end.
Thank you too for confirming the issue with Mastercard on the specific day, we didn't know about this! Unfortunately with this type of cartridge, remans/compatibles are unlikely to be available again going forward, as we simply can't receive a healthy amount of reliable stock, so we've made the difficult decision to source genuines only.
