Ink not working in Epson XP-530

I ordered this ink before and it was fine but this time its not accepted by my printer. I contacted Inkredible to advise and was told to try switching off my printer and leaving for 30 mins and replacing ink cartridges slowly, which I did several times. Still no joy so I asked how to request a refund and I've heard nothing yet and that was days ago. Pretty poor customer service, I'll see if there is any response to this before I contact my credit card to dispute payment as the product doesn't work.

Excellent service as usual

Inkredible are my go-to supplier of printer inks. Always prompt service and good price. Delivery was slow this time, due to the Royal Mail strike.
